Our specialists are actively involved in clinical trials and translational research, which have the potential to improve survival rates or quality of life in patients with brain and spine tumors.

Clinical trials give you access to new, promising therapies when appropriate or provide additional options if your tumor has returned. They may include a new drug or combination of drugs or a new surgical or radiation technique.

Our translational research includes biomarker and cohort studies, which use patient-derived data to learn more about what causes brain and spine tumors so we can improve treatments. Much of this work is created and led by our team of brain and spine tumor doctors.
