Ingredients
- 8 oz. (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup blueberries, washed
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- ½ avocado, peeled and sliced
- 4 oz. Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain or vanilla
- 1 cup ice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Optional:
Serve with brown rice, farro or your favorite grain! It's nice to top with an avocado and tomato salad tossed in olive oil and lime juice.
