Ingredients

  • 8 oz. (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup blueberries, washed
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 4 oz. Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup ice

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Optional:

Serve with brown rice, farro or your favorite grain! It's nice to top with an avocado and tomato salad tossed in olive oil and lime juice.
