Green smoothie 

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado (Hass or California)
  • ½ cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ green apple, seeds removed
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • ½ inch fresh ginger, washed and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh wheat grass or 1 teaspoon powder
  • 1 scoop plant based protein powder
  • 12 oz no sugar added, coconut water

Directions

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and enjoy!
