- 1 whole orange, peeled
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 cup papaya
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 inch fresh turmeric, washed
- 1/2 cup golden beets
- 2 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup of ice
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and enjoy.
