Pineapple Passion Smoothie


  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • ½ avocado, peeled
  • ½ cup spinach/kale
  • ⅛ cup lime/lemon juice (2oz)
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup hint pineapple water
  • 2 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • Optional: Add Ginger

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
