A pineapple passion smoothie 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled
  • 1/2 cup spinach/kale
  • 1/8 cup lime/lemon juice (2oz)
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup hint pineapple water
  • 2 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • Optional: Add Ginger

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Yield: 20oz
