  • 8oz In Harvest sunrise blend quinoa
  • 12 oz so delicious coconut milk yogurt
  • 9 oz coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup strawberries, wash and quarter
  • 1 gala apple, wash, core, dice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup


  1. Mix the yogurt and milk with the sunrise blend in a stainless steel or glass bowl
  2. Cover an place in a cold refrigerator overnight
  3. In the morning prepare your fruits and mix in the lemon juice and agave
  4. In either 6 oz mason jars or any clear glass
  5. Spoon the yogurt mixture in the bottom of each glass
  6. Then place a layer of the fruit mixture
  7. Then another layer of yogurt
  8. You should have fruit leftover to top your parfait
  9. Serve cold
